Claim Procedure
 
1. This customer claim procedure only applied to the products sold in Europe.
 
2. Reception of Goods:
The buyer should open the delivery package in front of the courier. When there is apparent damage on external packing, please do not sign on the delivery note and return the screen to the courier. We will deal with the shipping company and delivered a new screen for you when the damaged screen was returned to us.
 
3. Quality Claim:
When your product is abnormal, please do check the user manual or visit our website at www.media-valley.com for troubleshooting or service tips.
 
When you fail to repair it by your own means, please do not hesitate to contact us via phone, fax, email or website contact form. Our service team will answer you within 2 business day.
 
On presenting your quality claim, please be sure to provide us with following items:
 
1) Our invoice sent to you. (only for retail orders not applicable to wholesales distributors)
2) Serial Number, which is usually at the backside of product or on the user manual
3) Picture, Video, Audio or any other multimedia file which can demonstrate the damaged or broken parts.
 
4. 3R Policy (Repair, Return or Refund)
After confirming your quality claim, we will work out solution for you. There are three common solutions:
1) Repair: When the broken parts are repairable, such as motor, remote control, we will send you free service package. Please be sure that you have sufficient technical knowledge to change or repair the screen by yourself with our free service package, since we do not have enough manpower to provide door-to-door repairing service.   
 
2) Return: When the product is completely damaged or not repairable, and you still need the product, please call us. We will arrange courier to pick up your broken product and send you a new one for changing at the same time.
 
3) Refund: When the product is completely damaged or not repairable, and you do not need the product any more, please call us. We have a refund program based on your specific product type, duration of purchasing, and the claim situation. When get confirmed, we will fully or partly refund your payment to your destined bank account. 
 
5. Guarantee Period
The guarantee period is varied according to different products. Please read the corresponding page inside the user manual or call our sales team before buying.
